Rules

1. For All Classifieds: Any transaction for buying/selling goods is between the buyer and seller and sole responsibility of that transaction is between them. PilotSpeak.net assumes no responsibilty for anything. We are providing you, our members, a place to buy and sell used goods for FREE. Be honest, do not exaggerate conditions of goods, be respectful, do not overcharge for shipping and use common sense. We also recommend using something like Paypal to pay/receive money for your goods. If you have a problem, feel free to email admin at waynewatts@comcast.net and we will at least try to help.

2. Misuse of the classifieds in any way may result in permanent banning from our site.

3. Selling Your Airplane: We do not know of any other web site where you can sell your airplane for FREE. You can do that here. However, we do have a request. If you are able to sell your airplane via PilotSpeak classifieds, we ASK that you donate $100 for an airplane you sold up to $199,999, $200 for an airplane up to $299,999, and so on, to our website by clicking here or the front page of the classifieds under Pay via Paypal.

The money will ONLY go toward the costs of running the site. If you feel that is too much, ANY amount you feel is fair would be greatly appreciated. It's up to you.

If you are a broker, dealer or business however, you must first get permission from admin to list your aircraft here. Basically, if you're a broker, business or dealer all you have to do is AGREE to the terms above but they are now mandatory fees. You pay nothing up front, list them for free and only pay us if you sell a plane via our classifieds.

4. Ads will automatically expire after 30 days. You will receive an email 7 days prior to that so that you may update your ad as necessary.

5. You cannot use our classified ads to promote or sell your own goods for a business or personal venture. In other words, you can't sell Avon, Energy Drinks, Tupperware, etc. or link to a website that does either. Contact Admin if you have any questions.
