I bought a 1969 Piper Cherokee to work on my Instrument and Commercial rating last year. I'm now working on my CFI & CFII ratings. Owning a plane, making sure everything is legal, safe and shiny is a LOT of work! It does not leave a lot of time for flying. I am seeking pilots who are also working on their CFI/CFII ratings who are in a position to buy fractional ownership of my plane instead of simply paying an hourly rate to log right seat hours. Because I want pilot-owners with vested interest.
